Developer

  • Technical team lead – provides technical direction, makes decisions on feasibility of the product (can we make it?), helps set the budget
  • Front-end developer – codes the layout provided by the UI designer, optimizes for speed, implements SEO
  • Back-end developer – plans and develops application architecture, server-side programming
  • Quality assurance engineer – tests the application

 

Project Manager:

  • Responsible for Timeline and Budget (Creates the budget in consultation with account manager, UX designer, designer and developer
  • Provides consultation on sitemap, coding, quality assurance and client meetings
  • May participate in client meetings with the account manager
  • Has direct accountability for all aspects of development and design

 

Account Manager:

  • Responsible for client meetings
  • Works with the project manager to help with budget and timeline based on client needs

 

UX Designer:

  • Responsible for the wireframe creation
  • Creates the sitemap

 

Designer:

  • Work with the UX designer to create wireframes
  • Responsible for style guide and keyword search

 

Content Writer:

  • Responsible for style guide and copy deck
